These terms and conditions are in compliance with the applicable law, i.e. Italian Civil Code, art. 1341.

Booking:

Bookings must be made in writing, either on our website or by e-mail.

For your booking to be confirmed, you need to provide the following information: given name and surname, address, telephone number, dates of arrival and departure, and number of guests.

Bookings become binding for both parties when the booking has been confirmed by the hostel via Email. The deposit is subject to the cancellation conditions.

You will be notified if a deposit is due

All other agreements must be made in writing.

 

Arrival:

Check-in is possible until 6.00 pm only. Late check-in using a key safe is only possible by prior arrangement.

 

Payment:

Payment is due on arrival unless an invoice is issued in advance. Payment can be made in cash (within the legal limit) or by credit card (except American Express).

 

Cancellation policy for solo travelers:

Cancellations must be notified in writing and are considered to be acknowledged once the Youth Hostel has confirmed receipt.

In the event of cancellation, the following fees apply:

• From booking: 30 % of the total booking amount or paid deposit
• 15 days before arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount

 

Cancellation policy for small groups (from 10 people):

Cancellations must be notified in writing and are considered to be acknowledged once the Youth Hostel has confirmed receipt.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• From booking; 30 % of the total booking amount or paid deposit
• 30 days before arrival: 80 % of the total booking amount
• 15 days before arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount
   

If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the cancellation fee of 100% applies to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds. The agreed price is the price for accommodation, catering and any other agreed services.

 

Early departure:

In the event of early departure, we charge for the number of days spent at the hostel and 100 %   of the agreed price for those days or services that were booked but not utilized.
